Barnard Mind Solution remote hypnosis is individualised to each and every individual and is unique to their specific needs, circumstances and requirements.
Each remote session is tailored to the individual. This is not a one -size-fits-all type campaign.
If you can manage between 10 minutes to 50 minutes a day, in your own setting, you can achieve those weight loss goals you have been dreaming of . This 10 week programme is not about diet but reprogramming your conscious and unconscious minds for sustained and long-term weight loss. (Times may vary based on the individual programs supplied).
How it works
Each week you will be provided with a new audio. The initial audio is listened to each day for approximately 10 minutes. In the second week you listen to the week 1 audio followed by the week two audio. So at the end of 5 weeks you are listening to approximately 50 minutes of audio. Week six is reset week and you will only listen to a new audio and this then again is added to each week. At the completion of the course you will have two audio files containing sessions 1 to 5 and sessions 6 to 10. These are for continued future use.
All audios delivered via Dropbox or Google Drive.
