I was at point where I had to do something to change my eating habits for good, I could feel a sense of desperation... creeping in to my thinking. Kerry's approach to each session was very much tailored to me and what I needed to do to change my thinking and what I knew about diets. As a result I now feel in control not only my eating, but how I deal with life and yes, I have lost some weigh and I can see that in the future I will be able to manage my relationship with food in the right way. Before my sessions with Kerry for sleep deprivation, I didn't know that the mind needs solutions, order and a beginning... and an end to function properly.
