How to quit smoking even if you enjoy it

Do you “enjoy” the cigarettes you smoke every day?

Many smokers say they smoke because they enjoy it! Even though they know, it’s stealing their health, happiness and robbing their hip pocket. So why is this so? It just doesn’t make sense! Well, as you’ve heard before every cigarette contains toxic processed/refined sugar. It’s added for two reasons. 1- To disguise the disgusting taste of tobacco. 2- Toxic refined sugar is one of if not the most addictive substances on the planet.

Look at all the processed so-called “foods”, soft drinks, fast “foods” etc. That is a large part of our health crisis. What is the common denominator? Refined sugar! Highly addictive!
Anyway, back to smokes. When you ingest the toxic sugar in the cigarette, your sugar levels spike, this is the so-called “smoker’s high”. This is the few minutes of so-called enjoyment you experience each time you have a cigarette.

Then, just as suddenly the sugar levels plummet, which leaves you looking for the next smoke. Or craving. This is an addiction in its purest form. This can result in becoming anxious about when you can get your next fix. Or worrying about, have I got smokes to get me through the day, night, or whenever.

It is resulting in a roller coaster ride of sugar highs and lows. Your body does it’s best to detoxify this assault but is overwhelmed. It was never designed for this type of artificial attack. It is resulting in loss of health, happiness on all levels. Smokers exist in a smoker’s fog. The oxygen starvation to every cell of the body and brain results in a decline of cognitive competence. All this and stealing thousands of your hard-earned dollars every year.

Suppose you’ve had enough of the toxic roller coaster ride. Tired of all the gimmicks that set you up to fail, then it’s time to give us a call.
